She was predeceased by: her mother Amy Leavitt Jacobsen; her husband Charles Everett 'Bert Miller; and her brother Paul Jacobsen. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Amanda), Heidi (Ian) and Brian (Traci); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Clara Miller, Alyssa, Aaron Ayers, Jaxson and Tayson Miller.
