He was predeceased by: his parents, Loui Guazzini and Marie Guazzini (Testolin); and his son Sam Guazzini. He is survived by: his daughters, Morena (Gary Heser) and Virginia (Jeff Knight); and his grandchildren, Randalyn (Brandon Kempf), Brandon (Elissa Heser), Brian (Jeanette Knight), Angela (Ward Viera), Samantha (Chris Scholer) and Sam T (Jeri Guazzini). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and cousins.
