She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Morgan; her husband Valentine Melendez; her son Everett Melendez; and her grandsons, Russell Melendez and Sean Hickman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Melendez of Wadsworth, NV and Anita Melendez of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Jerry Hickman Jr., Brian Melendez, Andrea Valverde, Cecilia Valverde, Alicia Zumoff, Robert Zumoff Jr., Mathew Zumoff and Misty Zumoff; and her great grandchildren, Frankie, Jeremy, Kilee, Tziavi, Bisaapi, Pasituva, Elena, Vincent and Freya.
