He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe P. Soares and Annie I. Soares (Gomes); his wife Viola (Bailey); and his son-in-law Alan Hoffmann. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Bailey; his wife Kaye Soares; his children, Debra Hoffmann (Gary Brackley) and Steven Soares (Bonnie); his grandchildren, David Hoffmann (Kristy) and Annie Hoffmann; his child Jerry Swindel (Catherine); and his great grandchildren, Colton and Kaitlynn Hoffmann. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, cousins and close friends.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (850 W 4th St, Fallon, NV 89406). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
