He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jensen and Agnes Jensen; and his siblings, Delores and Larry Olsen. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his sister JoAnn; his son Jeremy Matuszak; his daughter-in-law Lindsay; and his grandchildren, London Sophia Matuszak and Harrison David Matuszak.
