She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Shannon; her sister Patricia Shannon; her son Fred; and her husband Harvey. She is survived by: her children, John (Bill), Mary Gissel, Deanna Smirnes and Peter Gissel (Ruthann); her grandchildren, Charlie, Della, Gunnar, Anne, Michael, Cody, Raymond, Keith, Holly and Faith; her nieces, Kathleen and Shannon; and her nephew J. R.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
