It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Johnson of Fallon, Nevada, born in Spring Valley, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Burgess and Martha Burgess; her brother Robert Burgess; her son Gary Lee Crew; and her grandson Michael Judy.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Johnson (Jim); her children, Rebecca Fleischauer (Mike), Veronica Elwood (Richard), Deborah Miller (John), Donald Crew (Billie), Kathy Hartman, Debra Blankenship, Jim Johnson (Deb), Pam Bell (Jim), Lorraine Buczkowski (Doug), Sheila Sondgeroth (Mark) and Karen Alford (Tom); and her sisters, Janice Duffell (Phil) and Nancy Szala (Rick). She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
