He was predeceased by: his parents, Wuzzie George and Jimmy George; his wife Juliana George; his daughter Marcella George; and his siblings, Winona George, Gladys George, Neona George, Leonard George, Walter George, Ivan George and Freddie George (Iris Mello).
He is survived by: his daughters, Wilma Mansfield of Fallon and Janice George (Abla) of Reno; and his grandchildren, Marissa Arrighi, John Abla Jr. and Craig Abla. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and many nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
