He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Sims and Marilyn Sims; and his brothers, Kenny and Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Shelba-Kay "Paula"; his son Eric (Bee); his grandchildren, Hasan and Nimrah; and his brother Larry. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
