She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Worley and Josephine Worley; and her brother Robert Worley. She is survived by: her former husband Barry Bradshaw; her children, Michelle Palko (Chris), Melanie Guilbault (Rob), Karl "Todd" Bradshaw (Randi) and Jody Korell (Heath); her siblings, Eli Worley (Linda), Joe Worley (Robin), Martha Burns (Clark) and Cheri Worley; and her grandchildren, Autumn, Cole, McKinzie, Spencer, Maegan, Noah, Bailey, Zane, Jackson and Kayta. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
