He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Florence Cash Laity; his stepfather Lawrence; his sisters, Shirley (Don) and Kathy Hauck; and his granddaughter Brittany.
He is survived by: his children, Tami (Eric) of Spokane, WA, Teresa (David) of Elko, NV, Scott (Launa) of McGill, NV and David (Marcy) of Reno, NV; his wife Inez of Eureka, NV; his grandchildren, Katie, Josh, Sheena, Cody, Tylar, Emily, Nathan and Kallie; his great grandchildren, Sienna, Daxton, Brexlyn, Ridge, Brysen and Mehki; and his brothers, Bill and Joe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
