He is survived by: his stepmother Connie Mull; his sisters, Marjorie Moore (Mull) and Marlena Preston (Mull); his stepsiblings, Scott McCowan (Lynne) and Paige Donato (Tony); and his nieces and nephews, John Adams of Reno, NV, Brayden Preston (Emily), Kasey Preston (Ashlee) of Enterprise, Utah, Connor McCowan, Kincaid McCowan of St. George, Utah, Jamie Anderson (Moore) of Las Vegas and T. J. Holt (Joe) of Enterprise.
