He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Stark and Marjorie Stark; and his siblings, Alice Sandoval, Jean Lopez, Joan Coca, Marylue Griffin and Daryl Stark.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Stark; his children, Kevin Stark, Wade Stark, Francis Stark, Jackie Edwards and Dalphina Daylynn Stark; and his sisters, Sally Marques, Dee Bishop, Elva Vergara, Nellie Griffith and Cora Stark. He is also survived by numerous nephews, niece, grandkids, great grandkids and cousins.
