He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tabbits Blackeye and Mable Behank; his wife Geraldine Gwendolyn; and his children, Tabit Phillips (Robert), Rachel Blackeye (Stephen), Millicent Blackeye (Jo), Heidi Blackeye, Mary Blackeye (Randy) and Henry Michael Blackeye (Marissa). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
