She was predeceased by: her husband John Eldon Burgess; her parents, Dewey Smith and Carrie Smith; her siblings, Vivian and Bill; and her son Jimmey.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey (Carlene), Beverly Terhune (Bob), Martin and Raylene Bloom (Roland). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
