He is survived by: his child Elko; his brother Russell Ballard (Suzanne); his nieces and nephews, Kevin Ballard (Jana), Tamsen Ballard Boley, Emily Mooney (Patrick), Megan Call (Nicholas) and Ryan Petterson (Sara); his friend Church; and also Cooper.
