He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph and Phyllis Kathleen Staker. He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Madison), Vicki (Eric), Roger (Raelyn) and Steven (Michelle); his wife Gay Lavee Gilligan; and his sister JoAnne Fornaciari. He is also survived by grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, his children and their spouses, and the grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
