She is survived by: her husband Bill Lewis; her stepdaughter Chelsey Crenshaw (Logan); her grandson Harvey of Omaha; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn and Dan Meyer of Bennington, Nebraska.; her nephew Jon Stopak (Vicki); her nieces, Mary Wiese (Art), Brenda Nehring (Mike), Lynda Hitz (Brian) and Katrina Brandt; and also, Danny Meyer (Irene) and David Meyer (Laura).
