He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Smith and Mai Smith; and his brothers, Danny Ray and James Glen. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Stephanie and Tracy; his son-in-law Sami Haddad; his siblings-in-law, Glen Lumley and Alice Lumley; his nephew Erick Lumley (Melissa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin and Cameron.
