He is survived by: his significant other Gayle Piazzo; his sons, Mark, Scott (Lynn) and John; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jaclyn (Colin), Madison and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Valentina and Saphira; and his siblings, Dan Ward, Casey Stevens, Peggy Stevens, Jill Stevens and Jack Stevens. He is also survived by his wife, his children, his grandchildren, his great-grandchildren.
