He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Douglass and Edna Douglass; and his brother Wilbur. He is survived by: his siblings, Mae Beth Wood and Eldon; his children, Tammy Ann Douglass-Westergard, Roger Lynn and Michael Wade; his grandchildren, Clarissa Klippenstein, Destiney, Mystery Douglass, Jasmine, Jayna Sweeny, Brooks Todd and Keaton Douglass Westergard; and his great grandchildren, JT, George Klilppenstein, Ruby and Lewis Westergard.
