She is survived by: her parent Lealand Kelley; her sister Lawanda Rapp; her husband Gary Wayne Liebhard; her brother Samuel Shaw; and her children, Dwight Millard, Kelley Radow, Michael Millard, Shannon Millard, Brandon Liebhard, Lori Estrada and Julie Liebhard. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
