He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lewis; his parents, Dallas Lewis and Modenah Lewis; his son Aaron Lewis; and his stepson Michael Gillett.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Vickie Lewis), Dena (Travis Ross), John (Pam Lewis) and Linda (Kevin Wilhelm); and his stepchildren, Tory Gillett of Beaverton, Oregon and Christine Gillett. He is also survived by his twenty grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
