He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Jackson and Victoria Douglas (Elliott); and his grandparents, Maddie and John "Buck" Douglas. He is survived by: his son Nevin Ray Elliott of Carson City, Nevada.; his wife Karen "Kay" Elliott; his children, Jerry Elliott of Norborne, MO. and Shawnda Elliott of Kansas City, KS.; and his grandchildren, Aerial Elliott, Aaron Elliott of Gladstone Mo, Da'Ron Elliott Jenkins of Reno, NV and Wayne Jenkins II of Kansas City, KS..
