He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Lee Withrow and Fred T. Hays. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Withrow and Jacob Withrow; and his grandchildren, Kiyah, Carter, Raelynn and Kaci.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (14 Veteran's Wy, Fernley, NV 89408). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the McDuffee Residence (1502 Hussman Ave, Gardnerville, NV 89410).
