He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amos Phillips and Verna Phillips; his wife Dorothy Miller; and his children, Mike (Las Vegas), Randy Phillips (LeAnn), Scott Phillips, Rick Phillips (Caliente), Pam Jackson (Caliente), Donald Gary and Kathleen Sue. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandsons.
