We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 80, Robert Nathan Thiess (Boulder City, Nevada), born in Las Vegas, Nevada passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Thiess and Hermese Abbott Thiess. He is survived by: his wife Rowena Mitchell Thiess; his children, Erin Mortenson (Brent), Brett Thiess (Sarah), Kacie Gibb (Garrod), Kendra Hutto (Frank), Jill Alexander (Tim), John Hammond (Adrian) and Brian Hammond (Kristie); and his siblings, Kenn Thiess (Nancy), Barbara Despain (Eric), Debbie Geslison (Craig) and Lori Hadlock (Lynn). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:40 AM at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1900 Veterans Memorial Dr, Boulder City, NV 89005).
