He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stade and Kathleen Stade; and his nephew Christopher Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Sandra Johnson (Allan) of Boulder City; his nephew Kyle Johnson (Sonia) of Boulder City; his nieces, Carissa Gibson (Chris) of Ketchikan and Cheyenne Johnson of Boulder City; and his uncle Rollo Stade of Greeley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to St Christopher's Church.
