He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Foley and Eleanor Beauregard Foley; his wife Irene M. Foley; his sister Bridget Chicoine; his cousin Peggy Hazencomb; and his grandchildren, Erin, Andrew, Lorin, Eric, Cara, Katie, Lindsay and Emma. He was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
