She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Alvarez (Gulotta) and Frank Alvarez; and her husband Gerald. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl (Malcolm), Michelle (Roger) and Maxine. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, a brother, and many beloved nieces, nephews.
