He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Ignatius Serrão and Nela Vera Serrão. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Serrão of Las Vegas, NV; his daughters, Amanda Franco (Adrian) of El Paso, TX and Shakira Serrão of Guyana; his granddaughter Azula Franco; and his siblings, Lurline Deane, Donna Carr (George), Henrique Serrão (Lisa) of Edmonton and Sandra Dutchin (Steve) of Port St. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
