Hawkins of Boulder City, NV; his children, Trevor Clay Hawkins (Jennifer), Whitney Elizabeth Rodriguez (Thomas) and Sarah Faye Poissant; his grandchildren, Colton Clay, Ryder Michael Hawkins, Michael Kelly, John Ryan Poissant and Thomas David Rodriguez; his siblings, Lloyd, Perry and Joey of Amarillo, TX; and his uncles, Dapes and Dave.
