He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boxtel and Ann Van Boxtel (Van Schyndel); and his sister Jean Taylor (William) of Milwaukee, WI.. He is survived by: his wife Blair of Boulder City, NV.; and his siblings, Robert Van Boxtel (Nancy) of Freedom, WI, Mary Lou Fritsch (LeRoy) of Freedom, WI, Patricia Hammen of Kaukauna, WI, Elaine Venderhoof of Green Bay, WI, Judy Vermeern of Appleton, WI and Bonnie Ness of Green Bay, WI.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
