He was predeceased by: his parents, Marva Jane Elquist and John Kimball Elquist; his brothers, Bob Elquist, Bill Elquist, Alan Elquist, Larry Elquist and John Elquist; and his sons, Danny Elquist and Matthew Elquist.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Elquist; his children, Jessica Mortensen and David Elquist (Ann); his grandchildren, Danielle Mayberry, George Mayberry, Hayden Elquist, Xander Elquist, Cade Elquist, Bella Elquist, Danika Crosby and Dylan Elquist; his great grandchild Aria Solis; and his sisters, Gloria Smith (Dean) and Susan Elquist. He is also survived by his family and friends.
