He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Pablo and Josephina Muniz; his sister Virginia Garcia; his parents-in-law, Eduardo and Josefita Martinez; his brothers-in-law, Alfred Martinez and Edwin Lopez; and his godson James Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Maria V. Muniz (Venny); his children, Fredrick T. Muniz (Michelle) and Frances Lucero (Albert); his sister Sylvia Garcia (Joe); his daughter Judy Muniz; his sisters-in-law, Martha Lopez, Corine Armijo (Jose) and Tina Cordova; his grandchildren, Nichole Duran, Marcos Lucero (Alysha), Adam Muniz (Darin), Kristina Lucero-Martinez (Francisco), Corey Muniz, Anjelica Lucero and Ariana Lucero; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Lucero, Ayzlyn Martinez, Xavier Lucero, Andreus Martinez, Analee Muniz, Dominic Lucero, Izaias Martinez, Miles Muniz, Azaleya Lucero and Marcos Lucero, Jr.; and his godchildren, Genevieve Garcia and Ernest Armijo.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Santa Clara Church (805 Calhoun St, Wagon Mound, NM 87752). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
