With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances R. Maes Lopez of Wagon Mound, New Mexico, who passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Maria Maes and Emilia Espinoza Maes; her significant other Gustavo Lopez (Gus); her sons, Bobby Lopez and Ralph Lopez; and her siblings, Margarito, Ben, Orlando, Juan, Eloy and Theresa Valdez (Maes).
She is survived by: her son Edward Lopez (Eddie); her brother Vicente Maes (Angelica); her grandchildren, Angela (Travis Johnson), Alyssa (Tim Murphy), Estrella (Bernie Jaramillo), Frances (Castillo Cordova) and Robert Lopez (Linda); her nieces, Stella Romero and Adrie Maes; and her nephew Bill Maes. She is also survived by nine Great Grandchildren, one Great Great Granddaughter, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
