He is survived by: his children, Johnny Chavez and Diana Chavez; his siblings, Floyd, Stanley, Sally, Albina and Flo; his grandchildren, Johnathan, Joseph and Melonie; and his great grandchildren, Celene, Aiden, Noalani and Kai.
