He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Stites and Nina Stites; and his siblings, Rosalie Schafer and Fred Richard Stites. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stites; his children, Liz Stites, Joe and Floyd Stites; and his daughter-in-law Tonya Roe. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
