He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezekiel Esquibel and Emma Esquibel; and his brothers, Ezekiel Esquibel Jr., Donald Esquibel and Johnny Esquibel (Ruby Esquibel).
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Antonia Sisneros; his brothers-in-law, William Shover and Ted Beaupre; his wife Kathy Sisneros; his children, Celeste (Aubrey Tucker), Edwin Esquibel (Melissa Luna), Ellena (Adrian Tapia) and Miguel (Miriam Esquibel); his grandchildren, Danielle, Josh Kim, Jeremiah, Ashley Esquibel, Lucas Esquibel, Mateo Tapia, Mia Tapia, Maximus Esquibel and Marian Esquibel; his great grandchildren, Erin Miller, Eliza Kim, Hunter Esquibel, Anastasia Esquibel and Tomas Esquibel; his granddaughters, McKenzie Luna and MariLisa Ramirez; his brothers, Joe (Peggy Esquibel), Frank (Rita Esquibel) and Tommy Esquibel; his sister-in-law Alice Esquibel; his father-in-law Sylvestre Sisneros; and his sisters, Marge (Jim Lewis), Betty Shover and Louella Sisneros (John Wasinger).
With the church, he guided many youth groups, road clean ups, confirmation classes, catechism classes, while supporting every community event with fundraisers, donations and always volunteering his personal time.
