He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson E. Welch, Sr. (Buddy) and Lydia Pawnee Kenyon; and his grandparents, Clint and Emma Welch (Letz). He is survived by: his brother Wayne; his wife Nina Ruth Dane; his children, Lydia Lynn and Timothy Todd; his grandchildren, Nathan Dean, Wesley Derek, Anna Jessie and Muriel Lee; and his great grandchildren, Brenlee and Olivia.
In lieu of any flowers or donations it was also his wish that you do something for your loved ones instead.
