It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Griego of Vaughn, New Mexico, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert A. Griego; her parents, Cayetano Chavez and Melita Chavez; her son Arnold Griego; and her siblings, Domingo, Jose, Victoria, Antonia, Monclovia, Rita, Carol, Nora, Nolia and Molly.
She is survived by: her sons, Ruben Griego of Vaughn and Jerry Griego of Albuquerque; her caregiver Ethel Griego of Vaughn; and her daughters, Theresa Sisneros (Herman) of Las Vegas, NV and Nadine Tinagero of Scottsdale, AZ. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 28 great-great grandchildren, 3 great-great- great grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.
