He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio Madrid and Jacoba Madrid (Sisneros); and his sisters, Patsy Madrid, Rosana Adkins and Amelia Madrid.
He is survived by: his siblings, Manuel "Mel" Madrid (Rita), Betty Martinez, Terry Madrid (Chayo), Fatima Garcia (Florencio) and Sylvia Rodriguez (E. J.). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, relatives and friends.
