He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holland and Mary Elizabeth Moore (Nugent); his siblings, Bobby Moore and Betty Rogers; his nephew Michael Rogers; and his niece Barbara Beggins.
He is survived by: his wife Debbi; his children, Winston Moore, Karen Lawrence, Tim Moore and Michelle Moore; his stepchildren, David Blevins and Anita Tipton; his sister Mary Ellen Beggins; his brother-in-law David Reddout; and his grandchildren, Staci Guerrerro (Gloria), Karey Flores (Freddy), Thomas, Todd Lawrence (Katie), Nicholas, Nathan, Nolan Stogden, Jonathan Niemeyer, Tatum Dunn, Larry, Layla Blevins, Tyler Lawrence and Gabriel Flores. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & several Godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations, in memory of Bill Moore, be made to San Albino Catholic Church, 2280 Calle Principal, Mesilla, NM 88046.
