She was predeceased by: her husband Severo B. Provencio Sr.; her sons, Severo M. Provencio Jr. and Francisco "Frankie" Provencio; and her siblings, Emilia "Emma" Herrera Utter, Perciliano Herrera, Joe Herrera, Wenslao "Benny" Herrera and Eduardo Floyd Herrera.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Provencio (Teresa) of Alamogordo and Leonor "Leo" Provencio of Tularosa; her siblings, Cevilia Gutierrez, Eliza Herrera and Ernest Herrera of Ruidoso; her grandchildren, Wendy Davila (Patrick) of Tularosa, Benjamin Provencio of Albuquerque, Rachel Parker (Samuel) of Boles Acres, Justin Provencio (Ashley) of La Luz, Alexander Provencio and Patrick Provencio; and her great grandchildren, Antonio Davila, Laurynn Davila, Jasmine Dwiggins, Keyno Provencio, Sadie Provencio and Robert Woodhull.
