He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anson, Susan Gilmore, John and Sarah Linam; his parents, Matt Gilmore and Estelle Gilmore; and his siblings, Matt Gilmore, Jr., Eloise Gilmore Graham, Allene Gilmore, Robert Gilmore and Walter Gilmore.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gilmore; and his stepchildren, Roy, Jeana, Leesha, Robin, Billy III and Johnny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
