He is survived by: his wife Adelina Nejeres; his children, Alex Chavez (Donna), Angela Garcia (Conrad), Albert Chavez (Janet), Annette Cordova (Manny) and Andrea Carrillo (Bennie); his stepson Michael Sanchez; his sisters, Cecelia Garcia, Loyola Romero (Billy), Terri Bugher and Helen Chavez; his sister-in-law Helen Chavez; his grandchildren, Alexandria Chavez, Elijah Gonzales, Nicholas Gonzales, Louis Chavez, Teresa Chavez, Matthew Chavez, Jonathan Duran, Tobias Carrillo (Toby), Andrea Dominguez, Jennifer Chavez, Lisa Banting, Elizabeth Gonzales, RayAnn Chavez, Tamara Chavez and Melissa Morin; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Torey, Kelly Dominguez, Dennis, Garrett Banting, Aaron Gonzales, Anaya Gonzales, Abbigail, Arabella Chavez, Cameron, Jayden Holguin, Abel, Isabel, Gabriel Chavez, Mia, Riley Morin, Cassius Duran, Annie Faye and Tobias Alex Carrillo, Jr.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
