He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Young Billups and Lois Minnie Hudman Billups. He is survived by: his friends, Justin, Renee, Lon, Loryn Danley, Harvey Hinkle, Jr., Brenda Hinkle Jefferson and Yvonne Hinkle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
