It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Ann Lopez in Tucumcari, New Mexico, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Lou Trujillo; her brother-in-law Nasario Trujillo; and her great-grandparents, Juan and Caroline Sandoval. She is survived by: her spouse Estevan Lopez; her children, Daniel Joe Lucero (Lynette) of Tavares, Arthur Valentino Lucero of Tucumcari, James Matthew Lucero of Raton, NM and Dawn Renee Mergler (Robert Gallegos) of Tucumcari; and her siblings, Ernie Sanchez (Trinni) of Clovis, NM, Henry Sanchez (Nicky) of Oklahoma, Johnny Sanchez of Tucumcari, Anthony Baca (Helen) of San Antonio and Joanne Cortez (Esteban) of El Paso, Texas.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic Social Distancing guidelines, services will be private and limited to the immediate family.
