He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Speer and Norma Grace Speer (Parker); and his brother Dwight. He is survived by: his former wife Deanna Speer of Searcy, AR; his children, Matthew (Staci) of Spring Hill, TN and Katherine of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Brennan and Ellen.
