He is survived by: his sons, Robin Bivens and Jeffery Bivens; his son-in-law Bruce Mathis; his aunt Laura Gorman; his brothers-in-law, Harold and Carrol Mackey; and his grandsons, Justin King and Brandon Forsburg.
